Be a Helping Hand!

Hey!
Being a helping hand is such a good source of inner satisfaction. It makes others happy and leave a good impact on you and it is one of the best feeling in the WORLD :) Be a helping hand always as it is the need I think . Everyone goes through hard times and nobody's life is perfect so help others so that you will be given help in the time of need. But just don't be selfish or mean, help others without any reason ,help them as if they are your brothers or sisters , as if they are your blood relations....
 Start finding moments to help anyone who needs it just keep in search of helping others because it will make you happy! :)

Console people it will make them feel better and in return you will surely feel goo afterwards :)
So keep on helping others and keep on putting smile on other people and STAY BLESSED ANDBE HAPPYY !!!:)

Life is unpredictable!

Helloo!

Wherever you are I hope it's a nice day.:)

 LIFE ....Honestly we cannot predict about the very next second of our lives . We don't know what can and will happen next. We are the ones who make PLANS for next 10 years :p which sounds really funny as life is not at all reliable it changes very quickly.. ON the whole LIFE IS UNPREDICTABLE.....

Yeah I think rather then being in tension about the future we should enjoy our present as we don't know what will be our life in the next hour or next day ,even NEXT SECOND! 
again the same thing which a addressed in an earlier blog post the LIFE IS TOO SMALL please enjoy it before it ends..
You may be feeling so bad today and you must have been happy the day before yesterday or yesterday so this is an example that you were happy the other day today you are sad so it will go away as it is a temporary change. So whatever you ate feeling is a temporary feeling don'y get too much tensed it will FADE AWAY soon:) Try to be happy and STAY POSITIVE ALWAYS :)

Worries Worries and Worries..... Sometime the solution is LET IT GO yeah because there are so many things that bothers you throughout the life but there are some things which have no solution and you have to let them go.....



It's hard but we have to do it in order to make our lives happy and peaceful!
So anything that is bothering you so much let it go and you will feel loads better this life is very small and we should not waste it ..Try to be happy and relaxed and let go of stupid stuff..
Yeah let it go and be happy and forget it!!

Taking Risks :/

Hellooo!!:)
I hope everyone is having good time:)
Risks! What are they ? I think they are nothing more than our fears.. TAKE RISKS IN LIFE they are pretty much important to keep going and ....


 Doing things outside of your COMFORT ZONE are really important ,if you stay in your comfort zone and never ever try anything new you WON'T achieve anything.
Making mistakes is not a shame but in my opinion not trying anything is shame!
TRY NEW THINGS this is the only way of discovering new things....... TAKE RISKS!
For example I always had a fear of attending tuition and IT was a really scary thing for me that what will happen to me or what will be my tutor like etc etc now let me tell you that today I went for a tuition for THE FIRST TIME IN MY ENTIRE LIFE and honestly it was not at all the way i pictured it in my mind :) So YAY I am happy and also KIND of proud of myself that at least I tried anything new and fortunately I went so WELL BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS :) :)
So the whole point of telling this example of myself is that trying new things is not as bad as we are thinking about it. Just a single step of COURAGE is needed and that's all you need .
Start taking risks and you will discover a huge amount of things that you will be proud of :)
so yeah that's it.......

Little things

Little things own great great importance!!

In my daily life I try to think about the importance of little things. I think we keep on neglecting their importance. We should not do this as every BIG thing is made by a little thing .What we do is that we keep on praising the big ones and leave the small ones behind..
IN my opinion little things are the main cause of happiness, if not THEY SHOULD BE, because we see little things a lot in our daily life .If we start taking little things into consideration  we can change our lives.
We should find reasons of being happy in little things rather then in huge things... They could be anything for example:
  1. A beautiful cup of tea or coffee! :)
  2. Your favorite drama or program on TV..
  3. RED lipstick:)
  4. Painted nails.
  5. Leaf with dew drops on it!! ( It makes me so happy:))
  6. Just a good lie in :)
  7. Food from your favorite place.
  8. Comfy socks!:)
  9. Wearing your favorite clothes.
  10. Good sleep after hectic day.
  11. Talking with your best friends:)
  12. Your favorite movie..
Etc.......... You see it could be anything..IT is up to you....
just start seeing good in everything you will be happy...
From now on start talking little things into consideration:) find reasons in each day don't wait for big things to come...

PROCRASTINATION..

Hey!
Every single minute is of great importance in our life that we neglect...  
PROCRASTINATION.... What is it??
'Procrastination is the practice of carrying out less urgent tasks in preference to more urgent ones, or doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, and thus putting off impending tasks to a later time, sometimes to the "last minute" before the deadline'
  Procrastination is a major cause of stress as we leave too much work to be done on the last minute . In our daily routine we see how things get worse when we delay them. Being on time makes our lives disciplined and beautiful . The people who are always
late lose their respect and are known as 'late comers' forever which is such a shame but we don't take this thing into account. We always feel that if we shall be late on an occasion people are going to give us protocol and stuff like that , which is such a wrong concept. The feeling of doing work on time is , in my opinion the BEST feeling. It gives us a great amount of satisfaction.

Confidence! The best Accessory

Hey!
Wherever you are I hope it's a nice day:)
Let's talk about confidence.  Confidence is a tricky thing but surely not impossible .

 It's really hard to be confident when we're trying to be someone else. first thing be yourself!. You can't really be happy being something or someone you're not. Trust yourself, Do what your heart says and listen to your own advice, do your own thing...this is confidence.

  • SMILE!
Always keep a big smile on your face , this will make others feel that YOU are confident about what you say or do.

  • Reminding!
Remind yourself that you CAN DO THIS . Trust your opinions rather than doing what other people say. have faith in your own self . Reminding is very important!! Do this everyday.

  • Think positively!
Again a very important thing.. think positively for example if anyone say you cannot do this don't think negitivaly and be like ' Perhaps he or she is right I can never do this '? Please stay positive and say to yourself YES I can surely so this and prove it as well... Staying positive really helps. 

  • Talk!
Don't be shy be social and keep in contact with people ,make eye contact ,
The more you talk to people the less scary it gets. Stop thinking what people are going to say  blah blah blah:) Be friendly and helpful!

So on the whole confidence is the best way to survive in this HUGE world.. YOU CAN DO THIS JUST LOVE YOURSELF, TRUST YOURSELF, BE HAPPY, DON'T STRESS ON WHAT PEOPLE ARE GONNA SAY OR THINK, BE POSITIVE AND HERE YOU GO YOU WILL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE .....

Forgiveness!

Hi
Forgiveness...Yes , not a very common thing among us. We are the people who simply cannot forgive whether it's our fault or not..We feel shame in forgiving someone which is such a wrong thing!!  this is a little bit hard but try your level best to develop this habit it is such a nice thing . It gives you inner satisfaction which is always an important thing! Forgiveness is not always easy. At times, it feels more painful than the wound we suffered but the peace that we get afterwards is truly awesome. 
   Control your emotions , your anger . They are controllable so please control them. Learn and practice to forgive it do no harm rather it makes you a lot more wiser... so think and start practicing it and also think about people who asked YOU to forgive them but you didn't forgive them simply because of your ego!! Forgiving is a bit hard but a lovely feeling!
Apologize as soon as possible because it is the best way to save your relation...
FORGIVE!!


Apologizing never ever makes you small , it gives you more and more respect....
Start this beautiful habit from today and you will feel so good! :)

Self-analysis!

Hey!
   Self analysis is a really important thing. You should do your analysis every now and then because it will let you know so many things about yourself and you can easily make yourself a  lot better person! 
Now the point is what is self-analysis ? here is the answer, a systematic attempt by an individual to understand his or her own personality without the aid of another person! Yeah this is it. so know we know what self analysis is. Now on to it's benefits....
  • You can find the problems and issues about yourself by yourself and can easily find a solution and IMPROVE it before somebody tells you to do so, which is a sort of embarrassment :/.
  • It help you to get to know yourself more which is important.
  • Loads and loads of bad habits can be changed :) which is a plus !
  • Gain of self confidence .
So sit down take some time for yourself ,analyse yourself and FEEL THE DIFFERENCE!!
Do it more often.....

Life is short!

Hi....
 Stress, stress and stress everywhere...... yeah exactly.. take a look around and the only the you will see is people stressing on different sort of things... 
        Life is too short it will end soon and we will be left with nothing else then a regret of the time that we wasted...:( so please stop stressing about things. stress is not the solution of any problem keep calm and think of a solution but don't stress it won't help you AT ALL.....
It will damage YOU in several ways but won't give you solution for your worries rather will give you regrets....sometimes stress can motivate you to get that promotion at work. But if you don't get a handle on your stress and it becomes long-term, it can seriously interfere with your job and calm harm you seriously.. 
        So the whole point is PLEASE don't stress stay calm think , relax take your time handle the amount of stress and don't trip out.....
        Life is too small for all the worries and stress chill a bit and be happy :)

You are Awesome :)

Hey!
     I have seen soooo many people who always compare themselves with others and I think it is not justice to yourself because everyone is born with different abilities but we don't take this FACT into consideration and keep on degrading ourselves which is a big mistake .. I am one of this type of person but due to  the advice of someone I have realized what I was doing and how it was damaging my self confidence but know I feel a difference when I have stopped it and you will feel it too... everyone is best in his own ways :) you just have to let yourself know about it because if you will keep on degrading yourself you won't have anytime for realizing your qualities so take some time let yourself know that you are AWESOME AND AMAZING ......
                                  Love yourself , life is toooo short, live it before it ends .... be happy and please stop hating yourself for not doing anything etc..... just make sure that you are amazing and can do alotttt better then others.....
