New year has begun!!

Hello!
Another year is here. 2014 was a black year in the history of Pakistan . The ending was not at all a good one we lost more then 200 innocents! that is insane and here we are celebrating the new year like never before, WITH FULL ZEAL . This is it ! firecrackers , dances and everything is on routine! It is said ' forget the bad things that has happened in the past year and immediately we have forgotten EVERYTHING that has happened. The incident of Peshawar ! I can't put this thing into my mind how can we forget it , how can ?? It is devastating to see people on the streets doing firing and firecrackers ! I am not saying that we should not have hope for a wonderful year the point is be hopeful but all of the stuff that people are doing to welcome the year it does not suits us at this point!!  I mean come on it has been only 15 days since that brutal attack :( How can we do that ! How are we gonna face those children . On that day everyone was like it is Unforgettable , we have forgotten them after 15 days INTERESTING !
We have shown a GREAT evidence of A GREAT NATION !!!



But here we are in the new year 2015 . HOPEFULLY it will be a great year! Let us hope for the best! May Allah showers his endless blessings on all of us! Also a December like Dec 2014 may never ever come again! Stay blessed ! May everyone have a great year!
And I would like to add that there precious blood will never get wasted !
They are the heroes of 2014, they live in our hearts . I can't forget them at all honestly !!

Sleep!!

Helloo!
Wherever you are I hope it is a great day or .. night :) 
Sleeping is my favorite thing basically... :) Sleeping is a good way of getting distracted from everything that is going around you ! Whenever  you are stressed just cuddle up in your blanket and take a good sleep it will surely refresh your mind and will give you energy.
Now a days people really neglect sleeping. well I never ever neglect it :)

It always happen :) but you have to convince your mind:)




But your mobile down and go to sleep :)

 Due to advanced technologies, computers,mobiles , laptops tablets etc we all have reduced the time to sleep! which is affecting us badly but we are not aware of it and will cause great harm to us afterwards BUT WE DO NOT CARE! we have to car. Sleep is important! 
Very important indeed!!
when you lay down on your bed try your level best to let go of all the stuff that's bothering you focus on your sleep make a plan in your head what you you have to do the next day ,make a 'to do list' in your head...Just think about good things and good and exciting stuff don't think about stuff that makes you unhappy it won't let you sleep! Focus on your sleep! 
In my opinion it is the best time of the day when you lay down on your bed! Just talk a good book along  with you read some of it before sleeping! 
Enjoy your sleep time! Don't ruin it my thinking about stupid stuff :)

Unity is needed !

After the brutal attack in Peshawar now it is the duty of All of us to stand together as a nation and take a stand for those who lost there lives for no reason! They could have been our children . Then why wait for anything like that happen to us and then take a step? We should not wait . Show them that we are a NATION . We are not scared anymore. We can fight you.You cannot stop us from going to school. Seeking knowledge is our obligation we shall never ever stop IN SHA ALLAH .  We will not spare them IN SHA Allah...
Stand up for our children, brothers, mothers who lost their lives in that Brutal attack in Peshawar... Moaning and crying are not going to solve our problem..

BLACK DAY! :'(

'They went to school and never came back'
Speechless!
no words to express my feeling on this brutal attack in Peshawar. It is heart wrenching , it is very painful although we can;t feel even 1 % as the parents must have felt who lost their lives i-e their children :'( . I feel really anxious about this whole situation. it is very very sad indeed to even think of it. WHAT WAS THEIR FAULT?? they were innocent..Just for going to school they are killed in such a BRUTAL way. What must be the condition of the parents:(
       Just look at the bravery of the teachers and students who were inside who were presenting themselves to save their fellows:( mind blown:( 
      They are not with us BUT THEY DON'T DIE ....They are MARTYRED don't even call them dead :(
      Can't say anything can;t stop the tears . It is SUCH A SAD NEWS . 
It i the darkest moment in the history of Pakistan. they were innocent :( they really were :( 
      132 families are destroyed . Big loss big loss . don't have words to express this brutality . Allah is there justice will be given to everyone on the day of judgement. Everyone is in grief. PAKISTAN IS BLEEDING .. It has left a great mark on all of us .WE WON'T FORGET THEM , NEVER , EVER  they were he children of Pakistan . May Allah give patience to their families and to us also . The people who did all of this must be hanged in the center of Peshawar . The why they treated our innocent , they must be treated more and more then that... Pray for them .. Yesterday there must have been a huge hustle and bustle in heaven because of our Angels :'( May Allah protect every family from this sort of thing. Please ALLAH PAK keep our children save. show Mercy.. they are the brave ones!!
May Allah keep everyone save ad especially every innocent soul save :( THEY WERE INNOCENT.:"(

Appreciation!

Hello! 
This is a good topic to discuss '  appreciation '!!
I think it is some how a difficult thing for many people. There are some people out there who can't appreciate others NOT because they are jealous  but simply they can't do this either they lack confidence or they are a bit shy or it can be anything let me tell you I was this sort of person and I was always very very shy to appreciate others just it was not my thing i was unable to do it every single time I tried but with the passage of time I worked really hard to develop and know thankfully it is developed and I feel really good about it because for me making the people around me happy is such a wonderful feeling in this word I would like to say I try to do this but sometimes I fail at it as well which hurts :(  Oh I have started rambling let's get back to the point APPRECIATE OTHERS! 
        Appreciation gives a huge amount of positive energy to the person and he will always do better then he is previously doing!
        

 In my opinion everyone needs appreciation. IT'S IMPORTANT!! 


 So from now own start doing this practice it will surely help you as well as others!

Everyone goes through hard times and nobody's life is perfect so help others so that you will be given help in the time of need. But just don't be selfish or mean, help others without any reason ,help them as if they are your brothers or sisters , as if they are your blood relations....
 Start finding moments to help anyone who needs it just keep in search of helping others because it will make you happy! :)

Life is unpredictable!

Wherever you are I hope it's a nice day.:)

 LIFE ....Honestly we cannot predict about the very next second of our lives . We don't know what can and will happen next. We are the ones who make PLANS for next 10 years :p which sounds really funny as life is not at all reliable it changes very quickly.. ON the whole LIFE IS UNPREDICTABLE.....

Yeah I think rather then being in tension about the future we should enjoy our present as we don't know what will be our life in the next hour or next day ,even NEXT SECOND! 
again the same thing which a addressed in an earlier blog post the LIFE IS TOO SMALL please enjoy it before it ends..
You may be feeling so bad today and you must have been happy the day before yesterday or yesterday so this is an example that you were happy the other day today you are sad so it will go away as it is a temporary change. So whatever you ate feeling is a temporary feeling don'y get too much tensed it will FADE AWAY soon:) Try to be happy and STAY POSITIVE ALWAYS :)

Taking Risks :/

I hope everyone is having good time:)
Risks! What are they ? I think they are nothing more than our fears.. TAKE RISKS IN LIFE they are pretty much important to keep going and ....


 Doing things outside of your COMFORT ZONE are really important ,if you stay in your comfort zone and never ever try anything new you WON'T achieve anything.
Making mistakes is not a shame but in my opinion not trying anything is shame!
TRY NEW THINGS this is the only way of discovering new things....... TAKE RISKS!
For example I always had a fear of attending tuition and IT was a really scary thing for me that what will happen to me or what will be my tutor like etc etc now let me tell you that today I went for a tuition for THE FIRST TIME IN MY ENTIRE LIFE and honestly it was not at all the way i pictured it in my mind :) So YAY I am happy and also KIND of proud of myself that at least I tried anything new and fortunately I went so WELL BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS :) :)
So the whole point of telling this example of myself is that trying new things is not as bad as we are thinking about it. Just a single step of COURAGE is needed and that's all you need .
Start taking risks and you will discover a huge amount of things that you will be proud of :)
so yeah that's it.......

Little things

Little things own great great importance!!

In my daily life I try to think about the importance of little things. I think we keep on neglecting their importance. We should not do this as every BIG thing is made by a little thing .What we do is that we keep on praising the big ones and leave the small ones behind..
IN my opinion little things are the main cause of happiness, if not THEY SHOULD BE, because we see little things a lot in our daily life .If we start taking little things into consideration  we can change our lives.
We should find reasons of being happy in little things rather then in huge things... They could be anything for example:
  1. A beautiful cup of tea or coffee! :)
  2. Your favorite drama or program on TV..
  3. RED lipstick:)
  4. Painted nails.
  5. Leaf with dew drops on it!! ( It makes me so happy:))
  6. Just a good lie in :)
  7. Food from your favorite place.
  8. Comfy socks!:)
  9. Wearing your favorite clothes.
  10. Good sleep after hectic day.
  11. Talking with your best friends:)
  12. Your favorite movie..
Etc.......... You see it could be anything..IT is up to you....
just start seeing good in everything you will be happy...
From now on start talking little things into consideration:) find reasons in each day don't wait for big things to come...

PROCRASTINATION..

Hey!
Every single minute is of great importance in our life that we neglect...  
PROCRASTINATION.... What is it??
'Procrastination is the practice of carrying out less urgent tasks in preference to more urgent ones, or doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, and thus putting off impending tasks to a later time, sometimes to the "last minute" before the deadline'
  Procrastination is a major cause of stress as we leave too much work to be done on the last minute . In our daily routine we see how things get worse when we delay them. Being on time makes our lives disciplined and beautiful . The people who are always
late lose their respect and are known as 'late comers' forever which is such a shame but we don't take this thing into account. We always feel that if we shall be late on an occasion people are going to give us protocol and stuff like that , which is such a wrong concept. The feeling of doing work on time is , in my opinion the BEST feeling. It gives us a great amount of satisfaction.

Confidence! The best Accessory

Wherever you are I hope it's a nice day:)
Let's talk about confidence.  Confidence is a tricky thing but surely not impossible .

 It's really hard to be confident when we're trying to be someone else. first thing be yourself!. You can't really be happy being something or someone you're not. Trust yourself, Do what your heart says and listen to your own advice, do your own thing...this is confidence.

  • SMILE!
Always keep a big smile on your face , this will make others feel that YOU are confident about what you say or do.

  • Reminding!
Remind yourself that you CAN DO THIS . Trust your opinions rather than doing what other people say. have faith in your own self . Reminding is very important!! Do this everyday.

  • Think positively!
Again a very important thing.. think positively for example if anyone say you cannot do this don't think negitivaly and be like ' Perhaps he or she is right I can never do this '? Please stay positive and say to yourself YES I can surely so this and prove it as well... Staying positive really helps. 

  • Talk!
Don't be shy be social and keep in contact with people ,make eye contact ,
The more you talk to people the less scary it gets. Stop thinking what people are going to say  blah blah blah:) Be friendly and helpful!

So on the whole confidence is the best way to survive in this HUGE world.. YOU CAN DO THIS JUST LOVE YOURSELF, TRUST YOURSELF, BE HAPPY, DON'T STRESS ON WHAT PEOPLE ARE GONNA SAY OR THINK, BE POSITIVE AND HERE YOU GO YOU WILL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE .....

Forgiveness!

Hi
Forgiveness...Yes , not a very common thing among us. We are the people who simply cannot forgive whether it's our fault or not..We feel shame in forgiving someone which is such a wrong thing!!  this is a little bit hard but try your level best to develop this habit it is such a nice thing . It gives you inner satisfaction which is always an important thing! Forgiveness is not always easy. At times, it feels more painful than the wound we suffered but the peace that we get afterwards is truly awesome. 
   Control your emotions , your anger . They are controllable so please control them. Learn and practice to forgive it do no harm rather it makes you a lot more wiser... so think and start practicing it and also think about people who asked YOU to forgive them but you didn't forgive them simply because of your ego!! Forgiving is a bit hard but a lovely feeling!
Apologize as soon as possible because it is the best way to save your relation...
FORGIVE!!


Apologizing never ever makes you small , it gives you more and more respect....

Self-analysis!

Hey!
   Self analysis is a really important thing. You should do your analysis every now and then because it will let you know so many things about yourself and you can easily make yourself a  lot better person! 
Now the point is what is self-analysis ? here is the answer, a systematic attempt by an individual to understand his or her own personality without the aid of another person! Yeah this is it. so know we know what self analysis is. Now on to it's benefits....
  • You can find the problems and issues about yourself by yourself and can easily find a solution and IMPROVE it before somebody tells you to do so, which is a sort of embarrassment :/.
  • It help you to get to know yourself more which is important.
  • Loads and loads of bad habits can be changed :) which is a plus !
  • Gain of self confidence .
So sit down take some time for yourself ,analyse yourself and FEEL THE DIFFERENCE!!
Do it more often.....

Life is short!

Hi....
 Stress, stress and stress everywhere...... yeah exactly.. take a look around and the only the you will see is people stressing on different sort of things... 
        Life is too short it will end soon and we will be left with nothing else then a regret of the time that we wasted...:( so please stop stressing about things. stress is not the solution of any problem keep calm and think of a solution but don't stress it won't help you AT ALL.....
It will damage YOU in several ways but won't give you solution for your worries rather will give you regrets....sometimes stress can motivate you to get that promotion at work. But if you don't get a handle on your stress and it becomes long-term, it can seriously interfere with your job and calm harm you seriously.. 
        So the whole point is PLEASE don't stress stay calm think , relax take your time handle the amount of stress and don't trip out.....
        Life is too small for all the worries and stress chill a bit and be happy :)

Hey!
     I have seen soooo many people who always compare themselves with others and I think it is not justice to yourself because everyone is born with different abilities but we don't take this FACT into consideration and keep on degrading ourselves which is a big mistake .. I am one of this type of person but due to  the advice of someone I have realized what I was doing and how it was damaging my self confidence but know I feel a difference when I have stopped it and you will feel it too... everyone is best in his own ways :) you just have to let yourself know about it because if you will keep on degrading yourself you won't have anytime for realizing your qualities so take some time let yourself know that you are AWESOME AND AMAZING ......
                                  Love yourself , life is toooo short, live it before it ends .... be happy and please stop hating yourself for not doing anything etc..... just make sure that you are amazing and can do alotttt better then others.....

BE OPTIMISTIC!

Hello!
Today simply wanted to discuss the topic of being positive... I  have seen a lot of people who are not hopeful and keep on worrying about the future ,  I am one of them too... but in my opinion it never helps so I did quite a lot of thinking on it  and got a result that pessimism is NEVER EVER going to help! 
So I just want to say that please stop worrying about the future you are simply ruining your present and thinking negatively won't change your future stop worrying. Every single thing will get better .....
Start thinking positive from today... YOU are the only one who can change your future but without stressing out . Just calm down, work hard to achieve whatever you want....
You can do it yeah you can... you have to tell yourself that you are the one who is capable of things ... You are an amazing person born with great abilities just have to polish them and you go!!                                

Make a habit of thinking at least 3 positive things a day! It will surely make a difference.

Or get a notebook just for the sake of writing positive things in. The things that you are grateful for!
There are two sides of everything, push yourself to think on the positive side. It will instantly groom your personality . It will change the way you think about life!

Winters!!

Helloo!
Finally Winter is here! Yay!
It is such an amazing time of the year when you can cuddle up in your blankee and have a nice cup of tea or coffeeee :) Cozy atmosphere around the house... Sitting by the fire :) And wearing cozy sweaters, scarfs  and socks :) I love wearing socks during winter I honestly live in them throughout winter:) I am so EXCITED!
Apart from drinking tons of tea I personally love eating ice creams :p Yummmm :)
Rain and winds and dark evenings!
Walking in COLD FOGGY mornings is simply amazing !
Grab a cup of hot chocolate and read a lovely book .. Ah such an amazing thing to do in winter! IT really works if you had a really busy day or if you want to give yourself a bit of time this is just perfect. Just chill for a bit, leave all the tensions behind go deeply into the book and don't forget to feel the tea at the same time very relaxing also it will make you really happy!:)
It is the best time to relax as the atmosphere gets really pleasant that helps to relax and think about new things, ideas with a fresh mind.

Feeling down?

Nobody can help you better than yourself so don't make yourself sad or depressed think and think and analyse........
Don't feel sad everyone is born with different abilities ... You are best in your own way nobody will tell you except you.... So tell yourself today in fact right know ,that you are the best...... don't degrade yourself .. you are awesome and you can do anything.
 TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND THINK ABOUT YOUR FAULTS ,THAT WHERE THE THINGS WENT WRONG AND THEN THINK OF A SOLUTION...... don't worry everything will get better....

5 Ways to improve your life..

I know there are alot of people out there who need " Motivation" or "encouragement" right now...
 So I hope I will help some of them 
  • Always think of people who are less than you whether in studies , job, or financially etc. This will make you worry less because if you think of people who have better job than you or are good in studies , you will start feeling sad and depressed that why you don't have all these things and it is never going to help you to achieve the point that you are looking for so do more and worry less :)
  • You are not less than ANYONE ok? exactly because everyone has something that he should be proud of so don't make yourself small by saying you can't do this or that because you CAN DO IT! just a little bit of effort is needed and that's all so don't be sad ok?
  • If you have a goal then stick to it . Convince yourself everyday that you have to achieve your goal . but remember , don't stress out it won't help.. keep calm and simply stick to it and keep on working hard surely you will achieve your goal
  • THINK POSITIVE. It is the best thing . Don't think negatively about everything. It will ruin your personality and nobody will respect you and you will be known as negative thinker which is a not a good thingSo start thinking positive from today :)
  • Take little things into account. they have importance that we don't take seriously. think about little things, little words, little acts You will feel the difference.
