2 Ways to be happy! :)

1. Practice mindfulness. Be in the moment. Instead of worrying about your checkup tomorrow while you have dinner with your family, focus on the here and now — the food, the company, the conversation. try to stay focussed instead of thinking about things that are bothering you. take some time chill a bit :)

2. Go to sleep. We have become a nation of sleep-deprived citizens. Taking a daily nap or getting into bed at 8 p.m. one night with a good book — and turning the light out an hour later, it really helps !:)

BE OPTIMISTIC!

Hello!
Today simply wanted to discuss the topic of being positive... I  have seen a lot of people who are not hopeful and keep on worrying about the future ,  I am one of them too... but in my opinion it never helps so I did quite a lot of thinking on it  and got a result that pessimism is NEVER EVER going to help! 
So I just want to say that please stop worrying about the future you are simply ruining your present and thinking negatively won't change your future stop worrying. Every single thing will get better .....
Start thinking positive from today... YOU are the only one who can change your future but without stressing out . Just calm down, work hard to achieve whatever you want....
You can do it yeah you can... you have to tell yourself that you are the one who is capable of things ... You are an amazing person born with great abilities just have to polish them and you go!!                                

Make a habit of thinking at least 3 positive things a day! It will surely make a difference.

Or get a notebook just for the sake of writing positive things in. The things that you are grateful for!
There are two sides of everything, push yourself to think on the positive side. It will instantly groom your personality . It will change the way you think about life!

Winters!!

Helloo!
Finally Winter is here! Yay!
It is such an amazing time of the year when you can cuddle up in your blankee and have a nice cup of tea or coffeeee :) Cozy atmosphere around the house... Sitting by the fire :) And wearing cozy sweaters, scarfs  and socks :) I love wearing socks during winter I honestly live in them throughout winter:) I am so EXCITED!
Apart from drinking tons of tea I personally love eating ice creams :p Yummmm :)
Rain and winds and dark evenings!
Walking in COLD FOGGY mornings is simply amazing !
Grab a cup of hot chocolate and read a lovely book .. Ah such an amazing thing to do in winter! IT really works if you had a really busy day or if you want to give yourself a bit of time this is just perfect. Just chill for a bit, leave all the tensions behind go deeply into the book and don't forget to feel the tea at the same time very relaxing also it will make you really happy!:)
It is the best time to relax as the atmosphere gets really pleasant that helps to relax and think about new things, ideas with a fresh mind.

Feeling down?

Hey!
If you are feeling down today , you haven't passed a test or any job interview or you boss was not satisfied with your work today or your teacher was angry because of your behavior or anything that is bothering you right know... stop thinking about it for a while and analyse , search for your fault and think of a remedy .. Nobody can help you better than yourself so don't make yourself sad or depressed think and think and analyse........
Don't feel sad everyone is born with different abilities ... You are best in your own way nobody will tell you except you.... So tell yourself today in fact right know ,that you are the best...... don't degrade yourself .. you are awesome and you can do anything.
 TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND THINK ABOUT YOUR FAULTS ,THAT WHERE THE THINGS WENT WRONG AND THEN THINK OF A SOLUTION...... don't worry everything will get better....

5 Ways to improve your life..

I know there are alot of people out there who need " Motivation" or "encouragement" right now...
 So I hope I will help some of them 
  • Always think of people who are less than you whether in studies , job, or financially etc. This will make you worry less because if you think of people who have better job than you or are good in studies , you will start feeling sad and depressed that why you don't have all these things and it is never going to help you to achieve the point that you are looking for so do more and worry less :)
  • You are not less than ANYONE ok? exactly because everyone has something that he should be proud of so don't make yourself small by saying you can't do this or that because you CAN DO IT! just a little bit of effort is needed and that's all so don't be sad ok?
  • If you have a goal then stick to it . Convince yourself everyday that you have to achieve your goal . but remember , don't stress out it won't help.. keep calm and simply stick to it and keep on working hard surely you will achieve your goal
  • THINK POSITIVE. It is the best thing . Don't think negatively about everything. It will ruin your personality and nobody will respect you and you will be known as negative thinker which is a not a good thingSo start thinking positive from today :)
  • Take little things into account. they have importance that we don't take seriously. think about little things, little words, little acts You will feel the difference.
